Step 2:Add the walnuts and mix to combine. Step 3:Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until it forms a thick dough. Step 4:Line a square baking pan with parchment paper. Step 5:Firmly press the mixture into the pan, pressing tightly into all corners. Step 6:Place in the freezer for at least a few hours up to overnight. Step 7:Lift out of the pan and cut into 14 bars. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge or freezer. (my own tips:add some coconut oil or more dates if you feel the mixer is too dry)Medjool dates – Nature’s candy, plenty of health benefits and one of my favourite foods.
