假如你是佛教徒，那么，你是不是一个好人呢？

对于一个佛教徒而言，我们平时总是想，自己在修法，在修持大乘法，修持密乘法，修金刚乘的法，但是如果反观自己，真实的我们又是什么样呢？

因此，我们要反观自心，我们首先要观察自己。

比方说，当我们学习摄类学时。我们把自己放在一边，看到路边有一条老狗，我们能不能找出一个他不是佛陀的理由呢？我觉得很难！

如果你说路边的这条老狗，牠不是佛法，那有什么理由呢？

如果说牠是动物，又要说什么呢？这个真的很难。

所以说，首先，在还没有对别人释法前，若还没有观察自己，（是无法释法的）。首先，还是先要观察自己，辨析自己。（也就是真实的自己）

比方说，最初我们在观察辨别自己前，以“我”而言，总觉得自己像是一个有过失的器皿一样，总觉得世界上所有的过失，都是因为“我”的过错而产生的。
