Zongkang's living Buddhist Dharma is named Zongkang Angwang Huadandan Bei Jianzan. He was born in October 1942 in Jiading Township, Huzhu County, Qinghai Province;In 1944, he was recognized as the thirteenth generation sect Kang Living Buddha;In 1947, he sat on the bed at the Zongkang Living Buddha Court of Ta'er Temple;In 2006, he was elected as deputy director of the Standing Committee of Huangzhong County People's Congress;In April 2007, he was elected as the director of the Tar Temple Management Committee.2003to2007During the year, he presided over the reconstruction of Zongkanggongma Guanyin Temple.
