个人的心态就是一个人真正的主人。要么你去驾驭你的生命，要么就是生命来驾驭你，而你的心态将决定谁是最后的胜者。

一个人要有乐观积极的心态，才是非常有价值的。所以人生在世，我们不管碰到什么事情，顺其自然，处之坦然。

得意的时候要淡然，

失意的时候要默然，

学会闭是非口舌，

交悟道之人。

曾经流过眼泪，学佛得到安慰；

曾经生活艰难，学佛得到平安。

改变是痛苦的，但改变后的法喜那是幸福的。人只有真正痛了，才会珍惜，对自己身边所拥有的一切，学会理解它，珍惜它，因为它是多么的来之不易啊！
