Question: Master, you often ask us to learn to endure humiliation, but what if the result of tolerance makes others think you are easy to bully, bully you more and more severely, and challenge your limits, what should I do?

Answer: This shows that you don’t know why you need to practice forbearance. Tolerance has methods, directions, meanings, and requires wisdom ; Tolerating humiliation is not about being angry or being frustrated, but about accepting understanding, accepting and forgiveing. If you only focus on your inner feelings and only see the phenomena in front of you, it will be difficult to accept and even more difficult to achieve.

Question: Master teaches us that the mind that we should develop to escape suffering and obtain happiness and achieve Buddhahood is the Bodhicitta. How can one be considered to be free from suffering and gain happiness? Is it considered to be free from illness and poverty in this life to be free from suffering and gain happiness? Is the intention to help all living beings get rid of poverty also considered bodhicitta?

Answer: The mind that arises for all sentient beings to get rid of suffering and gain happiness may not be the bodhicitta. Generally, there are two types of "get rid of suffering and gain happiness": the escape from suffering in this life and the escape rid of suffering and gain happiness in the next life. 1. Get rid of suffering and gain happiness in this life. Leaving suffering means leaving the cause of suffering and pain ; To gain happiness refers to the cause of happiness and happiness. Human suffering is not about poverty and disease, but also about many other problems such as ups and downs and troubles. Therefore, making a wish for sentient beings to escape from disease and poverty can only be regarded as a wish, but it does not meet the conditions for developing the Bodhicitta. The Bodhicitta is not only for sentient beings to be free from suffering and gain happiness in this life, but also for sentient beings to be free from suffering and gain happiness in the next life. In other words, only by making a wish for all sentient beings to get rid of suffering and gain happiness and achieve the achievements of Buddhism in this life and the next life, can they have the conditions for developing the Bodhicitta.

Question: Master! You often talk about the Dharma in terms of emptiness. We know that what you are talking about is the emptiness of dependent origination. If everything is empty, then what is the direction and meaning of our work?

Answer: What I am talking about is emptiness of dependent origination, not nothing, but neither emptiness nor non-emptiness, neither existence nor non-existence. From the true meaning, all things are empty ; From the conventional truth, all things are fate. The cause mentioned here is the cause of dependent origination, and emptiness means that the nature of all dharmas is emptiness. Correctly understand that all things are empty and do not fall into the emptiness of extinction. The nature of dependent origination is empty and has two sides of the body. The nature of self is empty and dependent origination.

Question: Why do we need to cultivate dependent origination and emptiness?

Answer: Practicing dependent origination and emptiness is to allow us to let go of our inner attachments, purify our own mind, and thus realize the true nature of all dharmas.

Question: Master, when I chant scriptures or chant mantras, I always think of some miscellaneous things in my head. When I chant mantras in my mouth, I think of other things in my head. How can I restrain myself?

Answer: First of all, you must understand why you recite scriptures or chant mantras; Then make your homework based on your time ; The last thing is to persevere. Gradually, your mind will naturally become purified.

Question: Master! I have to go to work every day, and I have to do housework when I get home, so I can't go to bed too late. I must chant mantras every day, but sometimes I feel very impatient when chanting mantras and want to rest after chanting. How can I chant mantras without being upset and chant mantras with all my heart?

Answer: There are many reasons for the burden of practice, and there are two most common situations: First, there are too many homework for yourself.; 2. Be too rush and be eager to achieve success. You should know that practicing requires sequence and method as doing things. The so-called sequence means that there must be a sequence and go up one by one. Do not seek speed and ignore quality, otherwise you will be physically and mentally exhausted, and this is the reason why you will not achieve haste. The so-called method is to not recite too much homework every day. Just like eating, you should not eat too much food. If you greedy for more food, you will not be able to chew it too much, which will put burden and pressure on your stomach.

Question: Master is auspicious. As a disciple of this sect, can you learn the Prajna Sutra (Diamond Sutra, Heart Sutra, etc.) and the classic works on Madhyamaka and Yogacara?

Answer: Yes. Listening, thinking and practicing are trilogies of Buddhist practice. It is important to learn a lot, but if you don’t think or practice, it may bring you the obstruction of knowledge.
Question: It seems that only practicing the original teaching can cause some knowledge obstacles. On the road to becoming a Buddha, is it important to study Buddhist scriptures or to study the Nine Preparations?

Answer: The emergence of knowledge obstacles comes from extensive knowledge and learning without thinking and practical practice. No matter what method or sect you practice, as long as you fall into the knowledge of many things, it will lead to obstacles to knowledge. Therefore, practical practice is the true practice.

Question: Prajna practice begins by listening to the Dharma. But as for the nine preliminary practices we are practicing at present, there are very few Buddhist scriptures and treatises in this teaching, and they are basically listening to the Master’s reasoning. It seems that I am not diligent anymore?

Answer: Whether it is studying this teaching, sutras and treatises, the nine preliminary practices, or even learning all the cultural knowledge in the world, you first listen to it, then think deeply, and finally practice repeatedly. The truth is that "there is a sequence of hearing and the truth, and there is a specialization in skills and professions." The amount of hearing and the truth is not important. What is important is to repeatedly think about the knowledge you hear and apply it to every moment. For example, the twenty-four uninterrupted rainbow incarnations in this sect have not heard so many sects and methods, but have only practiced some great perfection and finally achieved the rainbow incarnation. Don’t think that preliminary practices are not practices, in fact, they are as important as Dzogchen. Without the nine preliminary practices as the basis, no matter how deep your fate with Dzogchen is, even if you are a person who comes back with your wish, you will not be able to get involved in Dzogchen.

Question: Master, I want to tell you something. I have been thinking about it for a long time, but I am afraid that you will not agree, so I never dared to say it. I just want to convert to your subordinates. Your smile and compassion are particularly attractive to me, but I am very stupid. Your disciples are so outstanding. Can I convert to you? You said I can do whatever I want!

Answer: Some disciples are indeed very smart, but some are more stupid. You should know that being smart does not mean piety, and being stupid does not mean being stupid. What is required to take refuge in the Three Jewels is piety and sincerity, and the rest is not important. What is needed to convert to a master is to study Buddhism and practice with a sincere and pious heart according to the Master's will.

Question: After I go to a restaurant for dinner, I often feel uncomfortable when I feel headaches. Is it because the hotel kills a lot, and the souls of those killed sentient beings interfere with my body? I heard that some monks are unwilling to go to the hotel because of the unclean aura of the hotel. Since relatives and friends have to go to a party, what should I do?

Answer: If you think this phenomenon is related to the killing field, you can personally experience and judge. Is there any reaction to other places with heavy killing fields such as restaurants? If so, it has something to do with killing, which means you are more sensitive to this aspect.
Question: I have asked this teaching to paste the mantra on the door. I wonder if I should paste it directly or ask the master to bless you before pasting it?

Answer: Items such as the transit mantra that are related to the Three Jewels cannot be called blessings, but should be called consecration. It will be more powerful to hang it up after consecration. If you can't meet the master for consecration, you can hang it up temporarily. Not just the mantra, but all Buddhist items related to the Three Jewels must be consecrated, and the spiritual energy will be greater after consecration.

Question: How to eliminate fame, fortune and desire in the world?

Answer: If you die of the Dharma in the world, your mind will be broken.

Question: All conditioned laws are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, so what is the inaction law?

Answer: The law of inaction is permanent and unchanging. For example, emptiness, emptiness, and true meaning.
