Many people focus on lying on their mouths and looking at them, but ignore listening with their ears. In fact, the most important thing is because the ears listen, that is, when chanting scriptures, you must put your heart on the ears.
Many people have recited scriptures, but still can’t recite scriptures. So sometimes I often say that they recite scriptures for the Buddha to listen to. This sutra was originally spoken by the Buddha, but we still recite it to the Buddha.
So it's more interesting. There is a saying that monks recite scriptures, speaking but not being mindful. It is not easy to be verbally unintentional.
So how do you recite scriptures?
First, when chanting scriptures, we usually look at the eyes, recite with our mouths, and listen with our ears.
Many people focus on lying on their mouths and looking at them, but ignore listening with their ears. In fact, the most important thing is because the ears listen, that is, when chanting scriptures, you must put your heart on the ears.
Listening carefully is not about chanting desperately on your mouth. It doesn’t matter whether you recite it or not, but whether you listen or not will have a big relationship.
Second, when chanting scriptures, the tongue should move on the mouth, but the mouth should not move.
Many people recite scriptures loudly, and after reciting a scripture, their voices become hoarse, because their mouths keep moving. Have you noticed that the sound of chanting scriptures is relatively calm, neither big nor small, but it is slow, and I feel a little confused about the pronunciation.
This is the result of the mouth not moving and the tongue moving.
Third, it is best to memorize the scriptures and use the tune of the master's chanting, either slow or slow.
Reciting scriptures is a good enjoyment, not like a Bodhisattva’s intercourse. Especially when chanting mantras, you should use the above method, which sounds very nice and can absorb the body and mind.
