食材:
新鲜山药100克、 花生30克,新鲜百合30克 、大米100克
做法:
大米和花生下锅,加入适量的水,大火烧开转小火煮20分钟,再放入切好的山药片,百合片一起熬煮,待全部煮熟后,即可食用。
功效:
健脾开胃,润肺养阴。适合两周岁以上。花生要炖软,花生一次不要吃多。
