近日，賀蘭縣森林派出所在習崗鎮黎明村將救助的113隻野鴨全部放生，回歸大自然。
3月28日，賀蘭縣森林派出所接到電話報案稱，黎明村有人收購野生動物，要求查處。接到報案后，賀蘭縣森林派出所立即指派民警開展調查。經查，被舉報的當事人周某在黎明村開設了一家養殖場，3月13日周某在未持有合法來源証明、未取得野生動物人工馴養繁殖証的情況下，將從親戚處獲得的野鴨113隻馴養在自家養殖場內。經技術部門鑒定，被馴養的野鴨均屬於三有動物，分別為赤嘴潛鴨25隻、針尾鴨18隻、琶嘴鴨60隻、赤麻鴨10隻，參照寧夏回族自治區林業廳《捕捉、獵捕自治區保護野生動物資源管理收費標准》和市場調查結果，113隻野鴨總價值為4190元。
周某的行為已經違反了《中華人民共和國野生動物保護法》的相關規定，民警對其進行了嚴肅的批評教育，將野生動物全部沒收、放生，並處以罰款。
