What does the yoga exercises that Master is practicing now have to do with Buddhism? Thank you.
Master Mingzheng’s teaching: The primary level of yoga practice is to practice the body, making the body very soft, far more soft than ordinary people. The body of ordinary people is very stiff, and the body of those who practice yoga looks very soft. Even a hundred-year-old man looks like a teenager, without any problem at all, because he practices every day and keeps his body very hard. However, the deep part of yoga is not the ordinary body, but also the mind is also to meditate and visualize, which is more meticulous. However, these things do not fall within the scope of meditation. In general ordinary yoga, there is no content of liberation and becoming a Buddha, which is different from Buddhism. We are Buddhist disciples, and you can learn yoga, and you can recite the Buddha while practicing yoga. It is OK. Generally, yoga is only worldly Dharma, and Buddhism is transcendental Dharma, different, and different directions.
