Teacher: How to practice?

Student: There are morning and evening classes every day.

Teacher: What are you done in the morning and evening classes?

Student: Do whatever you should do.

Master: If you should be worried, you will be worried. If you should be angry, you will be angry?

Student: Not! Instead, keep a normal mind and do things.

Teacher: Do you have such a state?

Student: No.

Master: When practicing, you must be honest with yourself, rather than memorizing and listening to others all day long; you must do it yourself and understand it yourself, and how can you realize it if you don’t do it!

Student: What to do? So how to do it?

Master: If you make mistakes, you must correct them immediately. Master Huineng said: "Revising mistakes will lead to wisdom."When you study Buddhism, you should learn wisdom. If you cannot correct mistakes, you are ignorant.Change everything from small things, easy things, temper, bad habits, personality, prejudice, words and deeds. If this can be done, it is practical practice; and you can gain benefits in a short period of time. You can not only be conscious, but also feel that you will affect others due to your performance.
