Stop the delusion
There are few people who are happy in the world, but there are many people who are suffering; there are even fewer people who are enlightened in the world, but there are more people who are lost.
Most people often feel that their hearts are upset, messy, helpless, bored, painful, melancholy, regretful, and constantly torture themselves.Sometimes it is calm, sometimes it is cheered up; sometimes it is disappointed, sometimes it is hoped; sometimes it is painful, sometimes it is happy; sometimes it is unreasonable, sometimes it is reasonable; sometimes it is hatred, sometimes it is compassionate; sometimes it becomes a demon, sometimes it is Buddha; sometimes it is confused, sometimes it is like enlightenment.Ah! When will the ups and downs in my heart stop?
Why is the "true mind" always unable to make the decision but controlled by the "delusion mind"? And why is "emotion" always better than "reason" and "irrationality" dominates "reason"? That's because you only listen to the Dharma and never enter the real practice!
You don’t need to think about food, you have to eat; you don’t need to see it, you have to wash it; you don’t need to say it, you have to do it.When eating, you cannot stop hunger; when taking a bath, you cannot remove dirt; when you understand the truth, you cannot see the nature. The so-called: "The charming speech is spoken by the wise."If you hear but cannot do it, it is just "Buddhist knowledge"; if you hear but can do it, it is "performing according to the teachings."
What? Based on the "Four Noble Truths", we understand the "cause and condition Dharma", follow the "Eightfold Paths", and practice the "Six Paramitas".
1. What are the states of suffering from false minds? There are six items in summary:
1、Uneasy.2. The mind is unstable.3. Unevenness.
4、I don't want to.5. Dissatisfied.6. Displeased heart.
2. Why is this phenomenon?
1、Uneasy.The reason is: if you shouldn’t do it, you will feel guilty; if you should do it, you will not do it, you will feel uneasy.
2、Unstable.The reason is: because of too much greed, he is reluctant to give up; there is no clear direction, he is unstable.
3、Unevenness.The reason is: if a person is sorry for himself, he has hatred; if he does not understand the truth, he is unfair.
4、I don't want to.The reason is: there is a difference between likes and dislikes, so it is unwilling to accept it; it is not what you want, so it is unwilling to do it.
5、Dissatisfied.The reason is: things are unfair to oneself, so they have resentment; others are disrespectful to oneself, so they are dissatisfied.
6、Not going well. The reason is: things are not as good as your wishes, so they are disappointed; actions often encounter setbacks, so they are not going well.
3. Subdue his heart as soon as possible.
When the body is electrocuted, you must immediately withdraw; when the fire burns on your body, you must immediately extinguish it.Therefore, when our heart has lost its purity, we should stop it now and not let it start a prairie fire.
4. How to stop the delusional mind?
Ignorance causes the cycle of life and death; ignorance causes the cycle of sorrow and suffering. The so-called: "This exists because it exists, and this does not exist because it does not exist."Carriage and condition are always involved and influence each other.
The so-called: "Diven to cultivate precepts, concentration and wisdom, and eliminate greed, anger and ignorance."Therefore, you should "improve diligently" and subdue your mind.
Precepts: Do not do any evil, and follow all good; you must observe the five precepts and practice the ten virtues.Speaking "righteous words", doing things "righteous career", being a person "righteous life", so as to achieve nothing more than anything else in the heart.
The person who is calm: purify one's own intention in the realm; one must observe one's own mistakes, regardless of others' mistakes.Always "right mindfulness" and "right concentration" everywhere, so that the mind is free from chaos.
The wisdom: observe the appearance of all dharmas, and the nature of dependent origination is empty; the five aggregates are originally empty, and the six dusts do not exist.Establish "right view" and deeply "thinking" to achieve the perfection of the mind without any ignorance.
Only by practicing the Eightfold Paths can one be aware of oneself; only by practicing the Six Paramitas can one be aware of others; only by realizing the wisdom and without attainment and practice, one will one become the path to Buddha.
If you cannot enter the above for the time being, I would like to advise you to examine your own conditions and skills and practice honestly according to your personal level.First, use movements to brake, such as reading scriptures, copying scriptures, chanting Buddha's name, worshiping Buddha, etc.
To read the scriptures, when reciting, the delusional mind is constantly, there are distractions, impatiences, delusions, drowsiness, laziness, habits... Just recite it straight and subdue it one by one.But it takes a long time and its effectiveness is great. Therefore, it is recommended to read the major sutras, such as the Avatamsaka Sutra, the Lotus Sutra, and the Shurangama Sutra. These three great sutras are good choices. You can make a vow to read and recite them a hundred times, one can repent to your karma, the second can subdue your false mind, the third can penetrate the one in one, and the fourth can cultivate fundamental wisdom.
Lao Tzu said: "The sage is always good at saving people, so he never abandons them."When we encounter setbacks, how can we give up ourselves? How can we bear to work hard on the World Honored One and always respond to the Saha world to save the people? Samantabhadra Bodhisattva once made a great vow: "The universe is over, and my wish is over, but the universe is not over, and my wish is over.In this way, even if the realm of sentient beings is exhausted, the karma of sentient beings is exhausted, and the afflictions of sentient beings are exhausted, my wish will be exhausted. However, because the realm of sentient beings is endless, my wish will be endless.Every thought is continuous, without interruption, and the body, speech, and mind are not tired and disgusted."Everyone will be moved by his Bodhisattva spirit.
Therefore, no matter how adversity appears or how serious the sins are, as long as you wake up, you will enter the saint position! Don’t be discouraged, don’t be depressed, don’t give up! Son of Buddha!
