Teach you the regular posture of worshiping Buddha, you will never imagine these!

Integration of mind

1、Why should you bow your head slightly when worshiping Buddha?

Worshiping Buddha is not about pursuing it outside, but about developing one's own mind, so the head of the palace returns to look back. Our Buddha nature contains all light, wisdom and blessings, but only by dark clouds such as greed, anger, ignorance, arrogance, doubt, etc. Only by developing humility can we clear away the dark clouds and show our own Buddha nature's light, and be lucky everywhere.

2、Why do you have to face the ground when worshiping Buddha?

Only by completely letting go of the troubles of "arrogance" and the delusions of selfishness and self-attachment can one be in line with the Buddhist path.

3、Why do you need to close your chin when standing by worshiping Buddha? Neck collar?

When people look out, their chin will unconsciously raise and cannot see themselves. Only when they withdraw their chin can they reflect on themselves and all six senses are controlled. If they are busy reacting to external stimuli all day long and chase external environments without realizing it, they will be confused and unconscious. The Buddha has the appearance of "heavy jaw", that is, the appearance of retracting the chin, not rushing outward, and pursuing everything.

4、Why do you need to put your hands together and lower your hands and relax your shoulders?

It means letting go. Let go of worries, sorrows, and tension. If the heart is bound, your shoulders will rise. Relax your shoulders, and let go of your delusions, let go of all kinds of fate, and mindfulness with one mind.

5、Why kneel on the inside of both heels?

To completely give up fundamental attachments and completely subdue fundamental troubles. In addition, it is very helpful for practicing "cross-legged sitting". As the "Shu Shurangama Sutra" says: "A sudden stop of a crazy mind, and rest is Bodhi." Sit and relax, and rest with a crazy mind.

6、Why should I bow my head and reach out to greet the Buddha?

Buddhism: extending your hand to welcome the Buddha, which means turning against dust and reunion, clearing the turbidity and returning to the clearness, and corresponding to the Buddha. Only by maintaining the head of the palace (not tilting your head halfway), expressing respect and humility all the way, can you correspond to the Buddha. Sit and keep the center of gravity still, indicating that you can observe your mind all the way, keep your mind calm, and keep your movement or turn. The shoulders are stretched apart, which means happiness.

7、Why do you need to turn your hands and pick up Buddha?

(1)It means that I want to change my state of mind to welcome the light of the Buddha. I want to use my heart to offer to the Buddha without reservation.

(2)Try to turn the palms flat and upward, and do not tilt them to indicate a calm mind.

(3)The hands are like lotus, and the heart is blooming. The fingers are soft and neat because the mind is relaxed and the inner power surges out of the heart.

8、Why did you turn your palms on the ground after receiving the Buddha?

(1)After receiving the Buddha, clench your fists gently and half-clench your fists, which means accepting the Buddha's light, receiving Buddhism, and being happy to believe in it.

(2)Clenching your fists and sticking to the ground flat means that after receiving Buddhism, you will give universally with an equal mind.
