Buddhist knowledge

Written before:

At the end of the Dharma, we have the fate to meet the virtuous Vajra master, the beautiful wish-fulfilling treasure of Lausangdha. It cannot be said that it is the infinite blessing of our Han exoteric and esoteric disciples. The master had a deep connection with the Han area. He gave up his official position as a civil servant, gave up the superior conditions of the Sanye Monastery of Lhasa, overcame many difficulties, and came to the Han area alone.Along the way, he spread the Dharma widely and made connections with the Dharma, and those who see and hear will benefit.Wherever you go,All living beingsjoy。Many disciples from the Han areaConvertUnder his disciples, he obtained his pure inheritance and extraordinary Dharma benefits, and countless confused sentient beings led by him to the path of liberation from suffering and happiness.

In order to enable more sentient beings to learn from the master's vast Dharma practice, they will develop true faith, be liberated as soon as possible, and achieve earlyBodhi,Although I have a deep obstacle and a shallow wisdom, I have infinite strength for the masterMeritI can only tell you a little bit and collect a little bit, but I am willing to use my sincerity and a clumsy pen to bring a hint of coolness to the annoying world and a little benefit to all those who are destined to be!

born

On the thirteenth day of the eighth lunar month in 1967, accompanied by many incredible auspicious signs, an extraordinary life was born in Ando area at the foot of the Maqin Snow Mountain, the source of the Yellow River in Qinghai Province. At this time, a gorgeous seven-color rainbow halo covered the roof of the birth of new life. Groups of magpies chirping in front of the door. A big eagle flew from afar, landed on the big tree in front of the door, and hovered over the roof after three yelling. In Tibet, this eagle is called the Golden Winged Bird.In Tantric Buddhism, it is called the incarnation of Manjushri. This person who comes with mission and vows is our greatest master, Lausangta Meiruyi Treasure.Everyone who saw this auspicious statue was all happy and excited. Everyone said that another accomplished person was reincarnated.

growing up

The master's parents are very practicing in the local areaPracticeThis is the devotion of diligently adhering to BuddhismBuddhist。The character of my parents is well-known locally. In this Buddhist family, my father's family is almost all monks, many of them are great accomplished people, and my father also became a monk for a time. The words and actions of kind parents subtly influenced and influencing the young master. He recalled that since he remembered, he fell asleep peacefully in the sound of the mantras his mother chanted, and every morning he woke him up by the sound of his father's chanting. The last thing they do every night is that their mother closes the door, and they have to kowtow three times to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas before they can go to bed.The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is to kowtow three times to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas before I can start my day of life.In this way, the master grew up day by day with the sounds and mantras of the sutras and mantras.

The master has deep roots of goodness and is intelligent by nature. When he was very young, no professor would sing and recite many sutras and mantras, and the mantra sounds came out casually.Due to his innate good roots and habits, the master has liked purple-red cassocks since he was a child. He was happy to see those monks wearing cassocks, and even often saw himself wearing this cassock in his dreams. When he was five years old, he went to elementary school. Although he was the youngest and the most naughty among his classmates, he was very good at academic performance due to his intelligent qualifications.

Become a monk

In the early 1980s, with the relaxation of national religious policies, many were forcedRest in secular lifeThe monks returned to the temple, and many people who practiced at home became monks one after another. When the master was fourteen years old, one day a monk came to his family to take in disciples. He respectfully presented a Hada to the master's father and asked, "Do you have any children in your family who want to become monks?" The father called the five boys together and solicited their opinions. The brothers shook their heads and said, "We don't want to become monks."The master was at home and was the youngest boy. Seeing that his brothers had never become monks, he became anxious and hurriedly said, "I will become monks, I will become monks!"Hearing this sentence, my father's tears fell and he gave him a thumbs upApologizeSay: "You are the most promising child, and you will definitely be the one who achieves the most in the future. You are the pride of our whole family!"

After signing up, it was still a while before he could go to the temple. During this period, his father systematically taught him what he had learned throughout his life and taught him to recite the rituals of chanting the offerings of Master Lek and Humbun, the Vajra Practice of Great Power and Virtue, the Medicine Buddha Sutra, the Twenty-One Sutra of Tara, the Great White Umbrella and other rituals.Because of his talent and intelligence, in a very short period of time, he would recite many sutras and verses, use various magical instruments, make various handprints, and do various rituals. Not long after, he became a monk under the seat of Master Losang Danqu, a great good teacher in Ta'er Temple in Qinghai Province, and began his career in practicing Buddhism.

When I first arrived at the temple, I began to study systematically.Due to his previous life's foundation and habits, he not only mastered all these courses, but also understood the Buddhist teachings taught by his master. Every time his master preaches, he could remember them all by just listening to them. He also took on the task of teaching and tutoring more than 60 other young lamas, led them to recite scriptures, preach them, and began to undertake some other affairs in the temple. Because of his high understanding and ability, he was deeply appreciated and praised by the old lamas in the temple, and at the same time he had high hopes for him.

Later, the master went to Chana Temple in Qinghai Province to study, which belongs to the Tantric Academy. There, while studying, building a hall, the living conditions were very difficult. In addition to studying, my daily job is to carry wood, burn bricks, and carry bricks. It’s okay in summer, but some mosquito bites. It was difficult to winter. There was a thin ice on the river surface. There was no bridge on the river. He could only carry wood and wade through the bone-breathing river water. The ice stubble was cut on his feet, cracked the bloody mouth, his hands were worn out, and thick calluses formed. He ignored all this.He always rushes ahead for tiring and dirty work. Although under such difficult conditions, his faith has never wavered, his heart is always full of happiness, and his Taoist practice is growing day by day. When recalling that experience, the master said, “In that special experience, I received special blessings.

At the age of nineteen, the master worshipped Ramao Yongzeng Rinpoche at Taxiu Temple in Guinan County, Qinghai Province. Ramao Yongzeng Rinpoche was the most famous master in Tibet and the holder of the Gelug sect's inheritance. The master studied the five great treatises and four tantras with this great achiever, and obtained the initiation and inheritance of the "Stage of Generation" and "Stage of Completion" of each deity, and received the initiation and inheritance of the Gelug sect's study and practice empowerment and the systematic inheritance of Suixu in Tibetan Buddhism.

Reincarnation recognition

September 22, 1988, was a solemn and sacred day. The newly built hall of Channa Temple had just been completed. The Buddha lamps in the hall were brightly opened, accompanied by the sound of chanting scriptures and the solemn Buddhist music, a reincarnation began. The deacon was determined to be done by "food balls and divination". The deacons neatly wrote many people's names on small notes, put them in the tsampa ball, then pinched the tsampa balls into balls, put them in a tray prepared in advance, and then began to recite scriptures. The masters and monks prayed for the Three Jewels and prayed to Master Tsongkhapa to bless the reincarnated spirit child, so that the true body of the reincarnated spirit child would jump out.As the thick chanting of scriptures came to an end, seven of the food balls jumped out and miraculously flew outside the plate. Then he put seven food balls on the plate and continued to recite scriptures. Then, three food balls jumped out of the plate. Then put three food balls into the plate and continued to recite the scriptures. This was the most tense moment in the entire ceremony. As a food ball jumped out, the monks slowly stopped chanting the scriptures. Everyone held their breath, picked up the food ball, took out the small note, which clearly wrote a name: Lausandomei.A Buddhist son appeared again in the world, and the audience cheered. At this time, the monk offered him a Hada. He took Hada in panic, not knowing what had happened. His master came over and pointed to the throne in the hall and told him: “This throne will be yours in the future."He asked naively, "Can I sit now?" The master told him, "You can't sit now."”

On the first day of the Lunar New Year that year, Master Losang Domei's bed sitting ceremony was grandly held at Chana Temple. His master presided over the ascension ceremony. When he sat on the throne and saw his master sitting down, he couldn't help but cover his mouth and laugh. At that moment, he seemed to have not really understood what was going on.The master told him that he could not laugh, and he realized that this was a serious matter. The sound of chanting the sutra sounded again, praising the beginning of the Buddha's heir and praying for the prosperity of the Buddha's sons.

Further study

When the master was twenty-one years old, he recruited students from the Advanced Buddhist College of Tibetan Language Department in Qinghai Province. (Note from this blog: This is equivalent to a graduate student in the Han area ),Only 30 of the more than 600 candidates who took the exam were admitted. He was honored to be admitted through strict examinations and reviews. In the academy, the master relied on Master Losang Dorji, known as the incarnation of Manjushri Bodhisattva, and practiced systematically with them.Learn BuddhismIn the Fa, the college invited many famous teachers and eminent monks to give lectures. Here, he systematically studied the five chapters, four sequels of exoteric and esoteric sutras and treatises, as well as the five major and small disciplines such as the esoteric and esoteric disciplines, and four years later, he graduated with excellent grades.

While studying in the college, an unexpected illness gave him an unexpected gain.It was a day when he had just arrived at the college, and his legs suddenly felt swollen and he couldn't walk.A senior brother sent him home for treatment. There is a Nyingma master in the local area who is a great master. He never preaches the Dharma and only treats people with medical treatment. My father suggested going to see him.The master's brother accompanied him. When he saw him, he saw his hair curled up and his beard was very long, giving people a feeling of disheveled hair.I heard that he was in seclusion in the Marqin Snow Mountain for many years in his early years, and the People's Liberation Army asked him down the mountain to see the ground for the team.

Whether it is local officials or ordinary people, anyone who gets sick will go to him. The method of curing the disease is very simple. Pour some water, blow your breath, and wash it.When the master saw him, he asked, "Is there any way to make me hurry?" He said, "Yes, I will pass on a mantra for you, you can go back and recite it." After passing on the mantra, he blew the breath to the affected area and said, "If you are anxious, it will be fine tonight.""The master was a little bit skeptical. As he walked home, his legs didn't hurt without realizing it.The next day, the master went to pay homage to the monk again, and he said, "Okay, okay, don't delay your study, just recite the mantra."The master was very happy and returned to the college immediately. The students were very surprised. Why did it get cured so quickly? Because a Chinese doctor once told him that the disease would be cured in at least three years.

Shortly after he returned, the great accomplished man sent him a letter asking him to go there in August. In August, the master visited him as promised and brought him wine and food. He was very happy and opened a bottle of wine and drank it all in one go.Later I heard that he never drinks and never accepts gifts from anyone. At this time, the master asked him for the Dharma. He poured the horse head and the Ming King's head to the master and taught him all the inheritance of the Great Perfection. Before leaving, he told the master: "You will save countless sentient beings in the future."The master asked in confusion: "Can I do it?" He said: "Okay, it will definitely do it.”

The master said that there are many legends about this great master in the local area. He is a practitioner of great magic power. When he was in seclusion in a cave on the snow-capped mountain, the Red Guards went to capture him. As soon as he arrived at the entrance of the cave, thunder and wind were heard everywhere. The children turned around and ran away, and they never dared to look for him again.

After he went down the mountain, the team asked him to see the ground. One day he saw a flock of sheep eating small trees. He thought the sheep must be hungry, so let them eat it. Later, the leader of the team asked him why he saw sheep eating trees. He said, "You only tell me to see the ground, andwithoutYou said let me see the tree?" What can they say when facing such a wise man?

Visiting in the cloud

After graduation, the master was assigned to work in the United Front Work Department of Guinan County. But he doesn't like to go to work, he just likes to practice. He returned home first and visited his parents. The father said happily: "Child, you have succeeded. You are the most promising child in our family."The brothers all regretted seeing that he had achieved success in his studies and regretted not choosing to become a monk at the beginning. My father asked him what plans he had in the future, and he said he would quit his job and continue to study for the practice of the Dharma.

In order to completely eliminate self-attachment as soon as possible and abandon the eight worldly Dharmas, the master decided to practice the Dharma of cessation first.Because the method of cessation is the powerful method to eliminate self-attachment and the fastest way to eliminate self-interested mind. The method of cessation is also called "body giving", that is,GiveYour own body is for those inhumane enjoyment. When the master heard about it, he came to dissuade him and told him that it was very dangerous to practice this method, and that it would even cost his life if he couldn't practice it well. But he had made up his mind and only brought simple clothes and unique magic tools to practice the Dharma. He resolutely left his home and embarked on his path to practice the Dharma.

The master slept in the cemetery and corpse forest every day. When he was thirsty, he drank some mountain spring water, and when he was hungry, he ate some dry food. When he was sleepy, he would be a quilt and the ground would be a bed.He also deliberately chose to go to some very terrifying places, even places where no one dared to go. He practiced four seats according to the ritual every day. Whenever he went, he had to blow the horn made of human leg bones first. After three long sounds, he would hold bells, pestles, drums and other magical instruments in his hand. He would walk the cross-legged step under his feet and recite verses in his mouth to summon Buddha and Bodhisattva.Sa,The dakinis, warriors, guardians and all sentient beings of the six realms come to offer sacrifices. After you come, startVisualizeI become a Vajra Dakini, cut off my limbs, my head, my body, and my internal organs, just like the sky burial in Tibetan, shattering all the corpses and feeding them to vultures, and then visualize turning my body and mind into infinite nectar, and invite Buddha and Bodhisattva in orderSa,Biadi, warriors, guardians, and all sentient beings in the six realms and in front of non-humansComeDining.

The master said that when offering the body to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of Zhuji, visualize your body as a pure offering and offer it to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to increase your merits and merits.

When offering and protecting the Dharma, visualize what they like and what we becomeComeOffer, satisfy him, and wish himWeProtect all walkers.

Visualize the enemies of many lifetimesdebtWhen you are the Lord, let itFullmeaning. Finally, visualize and offer sacrifices to all sentient beings in the six realms, and can all be fulfilled and free from suffering and obtain happiness.

The master said that giving the body is more special than giving other substances, but it must be based on compassion.BodhicittaOnly by practicing can we completely eradicate the inner demons, that is, the discriminatory thoughts of holding the demons in our hearts, rather than expelling, suppressing, and destroying the outer demons. The most important thing is that we should know that the demons we have cut off are not in the outside world but in the heart. From spring to summer, from autumn to winter, the master walked alone in the deserted wilderness. No matter the scorching heat and cold, or the heavy rain and wind, it could not stop him from practicing the Dharma. In this way, when he completed 108 cemeteries, corpse forests, and 108 springs, his heart cut off all the roots of reincarnation.trouble,Eliminate attachment to everything. All manifestations are manifested for purity, and the so-called "demon" has become hisThe guardian god,That is, "The Protector becomes the Incarnation.”

After that, the master began to visit extensively.During this period, the master visited the three major Buddhist monasteries of the Yellow Sect in Lhasa, Tibet: Sera Monastery, Drepung Monastery, Kadan Monastery and Labrang Monastery in Ando area.He also sought advice from the great good teachers, Master Gessange and Master Lokzhu, and obtained profound benefits.

Later, because his father was seriously ill, he went home to visit him.In a dream one day, many distinguished guests came to his home, all of whom were national leaders. They introduced him to the situation in the Han area and invited him to the Han area, and said that there were any difficulties that would help him solve them. The next day, the master told his root master this dream. His master told him: "Although I can't bear to leave you, I still want to tell you that due to your previous life's vows, your Dharma fate is in the Han area in this life, so you can go there now."Hearing this, the master immediately decided to follow the teacher's order to go to the Han area.I heard that he was going to the Han area, so many people came to dissuade him and told him how the people in the Han area were. If you go alone, you are not familiar with the place and cannot understand the language, you will definitely have many difficulties. You should stay in Tibet. The conditions here are so good, why should you go to the Han area? But the master has made up his mind. He wants to use what he has learned and proved to benefit more sentient beings, and he wants to fulfill the mission that a Buddhist should take on.In this way, he resolutely bid farewell to his hometown and relatives, classmates and friends, his root master, and his sick father. He embarked on his path to spreading the Dharma in the Han area alone.
