Community-focused Ethiopian vegetarian restaurant opens in Brooklyn

3New organic Ethiopian restaurant on July 7th Ras Plant Based will be in Brooklyn, New York Crown Heights Opening nearby.

The focus of the menu revolves around the Ethiopian Platter (available as a single portion or as a sharing portion platter), featuring traditional Ethiopian flatbread bread topped with Gomen( braised kale) and other dishes; Missir( Fiery Red Lentil Stew Added Little ber)Minchet Abish Wat( A traditional stew made with pea protein instead of beef); and Yatakilt Alicha( Cabbage and carrot medley made with non-traditional bell peppers).

The menu also offers vegan versions of beef-centric dishes such as Kitfo, Namely kebabs made with spiced Impossible meat.
