Among the three evil thoughts, the second one appears the fastest. But the third type is the most terrifying thing. I often see friends who are chasing say, "I broke the precepts for no reason," because I did not realize the manifestation of this third evil thought. For this type of evil thought, you can only rely on constantly practicing observing the mind and breaking the thoughts and firmly watching one's own thoughts.
