Generally speaking, people who practice tantra are more attached to induction and often hear many people say that I have seen Buddha and Bodhisattva;Or, after having all kinds of different dreams, thinking that you have practiced well, and have many and very effective responses, and you are about to achieve success.
In fact, sensing is not a good thing. There is a saying in China: A bottle of water doesn’t sound, and half a bottle of water is jingling.No one in Tibet will say that he has practiced well, how can he understand it?Is itWell, my master is a great practitioner. He once said: Actually, I have nothingIs itI just follow the rules of inheritance.
The Achievements have practiced very well, but they are still the sameIs itHumility, they never say what they senseIs it?What did you doIs itDreaming, you have reached a good state, etc. If you sense that a Buddha tells you that you are about to become a Buddha, what is the name of becoming a BuddhaIs it?What is your future like? You must be very careful at this time. This is the devil trapping you. If you feel happy about it, you will start to get obsessed with it!
So don't be too attached to the induction, don't think that you have practiced the Dharma.Is itIf you have no response for a long time, you may become a Buddha if you have no response!For example, if the sea is very deep, it is still very calm when throwing a stone, and there will be no loud noise. If the water is very shallow, throwing the stone will make a relatively loud echo. Therefore, don’t be too attached to whether there is any response in your practice.
In Tibet, if there is a sense of induction, it is a warning to practice. If you are attached to this, strange and messy things will happen, because they are all practicing in the Three Poisons!
In his previous life, Zhu Qian Rinpoche once practiced in a temple. A demon turned into Amitabha Buddha on his head. He was a very profound accomplished person. He knew that Amitabha Buddha was a demon. Although he had done many evil things and had the intention to become a Buddha, he felt very pitiful. He shed tears at that time. As soon as he shed tears, Amitabha Buddha on his head immediately became aOnlyThe pigeon fell on his hand, there are many things like this, so don’t be obsessed with sensing!
There is a crazy monk in the Bai Cult named Zhuba Shina. He usually rushes crazy, a bit like the Chinese Jigong. He once said that when dealing with induction, don’t have any likes and dislikes, don’t distinguish between good and bad, and be treated equally.
You can notice whether your practice has made progress. If you continue to pursue sensing or supernatural powers, you will have more and more greed, anger and ignorance, your temper will become worse and worse, your mind will become worse and worse, and you will fundamentally lose your bodhicitta, and you will go down to the three evil realms!
Whether you are worshiping Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, visualizing Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, or chanting mantras, you must always keep your bodhicitta, and you will become more and more kind and compassion will become greater and greater. The blessings of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will naturally come to you without deliberately pursuing them. At this time, you are truly practicing!
The key to whether the practice can be improved lies in whether you have the bodhicitta, which shows the importance of bodhicitta in practice.
