我遇见练气功非常不错的人，他们的气量和我念经的气就不一样了。我只给他们念咒语，他们就感到一大股一大股的热浪在往他们身上撞，他给我发气功，我感觉不到。我说我没有气功，我也没有练，我只是学佛法。他说：你的东西怎么那么强，你练的什么功？我说我什么功都没有练，就是天天念佛经，后来他们服气了。

『此人若以众妙资具，恭敬供养彼世尊药师琉璃光如来者，恶梦、恶相诸不吉祥，皆悉隐没，不能为患。』前面出现的种种怪事，假如这个人用众多美好的食物用具等来供养药师佛，那他的恶梦恶相所有不吉祥的事情一下子都没有了。所有不好的东西对他都不起什么作用了。

今天中午有个弟子来信息说：师父啊，昨天我在梦里一直在念这个药师咒，一晚上梦中都没有停过，感到自己身上的能量很强大。

在梦里不停地念这个咒语，出声的念，这是身心合一了，也叫般若行，这个时候他的能量是自然而然的上来的，而且是以不可思议的速度在增长。因为我当初修法的时候就是这样，白天念，晚上也是念，脑袋里没有别的东西，全都是咒语、全都是佛的音流，嗡啊吽一直不断地在梦中出来。

念咒修法非常有好处，梦中能自然念咒的能量是自然增长。练瑜珈功能把中脉开通，有些时候不用开通，念咒的力量（宇宙的能量）就帮你冲，但比瑜珈功动功稍微慢一点，但是慢也好快也好，我们不着急。

我能开悟也是得益于《易经》。我最早把《易经》吃得比较明白，给人家算命看风水，后来觉得道法带来的负面东西较多，然后才开始学佛法，但是《易经》一直在运用中，如何来跟佛法结合，我一直在摸索着走。

『利根聪明，安隐少病，』她所生的孩子根性善良，聪明智慧，安详，很少生病。

『无有非人，夺其精气。』没有非人精怪来夺他的精气。有些人先天的能量非常强，为什么强呀？他往世就在修行，他修行的时候本身就具有一种能量，他再转世为人的时候，他散失掉的非常少或者说他喝孟婆汤喝得少，很多东西他还隐隐约约的记得，他身上的光还存在，这个时候如果没有护体的神灵，鬼非人就会来夺了，孩子本来身体健康，没两天爬下了，这孩子像霜打的茄子蔫了。

所以说这么大点的小孩不用别人告诉，自己跑到佛堂里去拜，烧香他个子太矮，自己跪下去磕头。这就表明这个人上辈子是修行来的，他自性当中就有一种懵懵懂懂的看见佛就欢喜，然后就去拜。

学佛法要比练气功要强的多，被夺其精气的一般都是练气功的人比较多。修佛法的人夺的非常少，为什么？修佛法不去练丹，直接修智慧，你智慧打开了，智慧的能量非常强大，所以修佛法的人很少被人家夺了的，除非他往世的业障非常大，被天魔给治了，咱们就没有办法了。

不少人在受三坛大戒的时候，业障重的，坛都没有下来就死了，浑身抽抽就在坛上死了，像这种天大的业障没有办法之外，正常学佛的人都不会被人家夺走精气。

我们的精气神是由佛家的护法神护住的，所以说不害怕夺。练气功都属于外道，外道并不是说不好，如果没有名师看着你来修行，比如说这个气功最高级有五级功，你练到二级的时候，这个时候麻烦就要来了，到三级的时候麻烦的事情最多最大，那时候你稍有点功能了，隐隐约约你也能听了也能看了，这个时候你的精气形成了一个丹，就给人家夺跑了。

修气功的人一定要注意，不是说学气功不好，气功也能治疗身体上的疾病，可以学，但修来修去，要进一步的提高还得要转到佛法上来，有气功的底子，再来修佛法就快，事半功倍。

我们学佛首先要有信，信愿行果的信是敲门砖，信是道源功德母啊，长养一切诸善根，所以我们要真诚的信，一心一意的信。如果信心不太具足，那其他的就不要谈了，什么都跟你没有缘了，种种的妙处都跟你没有缘了。

信的过程当中你就会得到法义，这个话在讲经的时候已经说过：虔诚恭敬法自得。大家如果能做到这一步，我就敢保证功自得，一是功力二是功德，功德和功力是两个概念。

阿难多闻第一，过耳不忘，后结集流通。阿难出家，常随佛身边。对于佛经，又亲闻佛言， 也有同学长老辗转而闻。今此经是亲耳听闻佛言。

佛问阿难信不，也含有强信性。此经说明药师因果功德，即指药师甚深德行，其根本智证真难以了解，后得智所起方便也难以了解。对于诸佛道功德利益，是不可思议的，是用后天思维难以了解的。

标点一变，意思完全不一样了。那从几方面来翻译，正反里外都要来考虑，这个时候我们才能得到真正的理解。

佛所说法，都是契机而讲，可阿难为何对于佛所说即不生疑惑而信受哪？因为世尊与十方一切如来没有差别，十方如来三业清净，说真实语，不诳语者，所以世尊的话深可信受。

佛果有清净三业，身语意业清净。意业，为意识等心所相应而起之动作；身语二业，为前六识相应心所起之动作。所以三业动作，全来自心识。

现在说身语意业无不清净，显然佛果烦恼等已经穷尽，离诸过失，信可以没有任何的疑议。又恐语不真切，又来这样比喻：日月可令堕落，妙高山王可使倾动，而于诸佛所说信无有异。日月轮行于天空，本不可堕，妙高山即须弥山，为山中之王，上至忉利，下至地狱，它居中心，安然不动。今纵使日月轮可堕落，须弥山可倾动，而对于佛语的信没有任何的异议，此表其信之真切。

佛的不思议境界，唯有信受，不可以智测。须先信佛，方有法僧，否则三宝难以建立。一切难信之法，皆以信去接受。

声闻就是四谛法：苦集灭道。独觉从十二因缘观起，最后证得辟支佛也叫独觉。未登地者，无明未破，法性未显，未得诸佛智慧。地前菩萨，只可名为随教义而信解，不是自己能证理而起信解。所以告诉阿难，他们都不是自力能信解。登初地，方能根本证真观实相。
