开示大意

不论是否是佛教徒，毋庸置疑的是，一切有情众生都无一例外的希望幸福安宁的活着。

每个人都希望从痛苦中解脱，获得自在，拥有真正的幸福。而这有赖于内心的平和与幸福感，无关是否是佛教徒。

我们需要了解的是，为了要幸福安宁，就必须要播种下这样的种子，培育幸福安宁的因缘；如果一个人希望从痛苦中解脱获得自在，那么就必须学会放弃一切产生痛苦的想法和行为。

佛陀的教法重在强调了悟因果法则对苦和乐的重要性，缘起的实相并非来自某个个体的偏好或断见，缘起法是普世遍在的实相，这绝定着生命个体的生命质量，而无关是否有宗教信仰。

每个人首先要学会去寻思和发现导致自己幸福和痛苦的原因到底是什么？然后再循序渐进地调伏自心和锻炼心智，经由这样的练习，在这个过程中的经验将会有所了悟，这时所有的苦受，痛苦，乃至过往的创伤，也会开始歇息，内心的平和也自然会生起。
