《How to practice the Sutra of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva’s Original Vows? How to use it?

In the Ksitigarbha Dharma, you must make a sound, but there is no need to make a sound loudly. You should pay attention to the sincere respect and repentance. When reciting, you can sit, stand or kneel. You can recite everything 24 hours a day, and each sutra should be 90 minutes. The speed is neither fast nor slow, but you must speak clearly. The key to reciting scriptures is to correspond with a pious and respectful heart.

Set up an incense table: In front of the Buddhist temple, in front of the holy statue of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, three incense sticks should be presented, and then recite and pray to Namo, the great compassionate Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, to protect him with compassion (three titles). If the interval between chanting scriptures is more than one hour, you need to burn incense again and invite him. If there is no interval, you can continue to recite the three incenses you worship even if they are destroyed.

1. Practice Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva’s Sutra and make great vows

The great vow made by Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was praised by all Buddhas in all directions, praised by Shakyamuni Buddha, and praised it to the ten directions in the Trayastrimsa Heaven. Hell is not empty, and you will not become a Buddha. Only when all sentient beings are saved can you attain Bodhi. The sixteen characters are the core content of his great wish. If those who study Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva can make this wish, they will be able to communicate with Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva and promote Buddhism together.

1）The elder son was in front of the teacher's success and practice of all things. The elder son made a vow to say: I will never be able to conclude the future. For the sins and sufferings of all sentient beings in the six realms, I will provide full convenience and all the liberations, and I will achieve the Buddha's path by myself. Therefore, in front of that Buddha, he made such a great vow, and in this case, he was still a Bodhisattva.

2）The Brahmin girl made a great vow before the statue of the Tathagata pagoda of King Juehua Dingyi: The Brahmin girl will return like a dream. I realized this and made a great vow before the statue of the Tathagata Tower of King Awakening Hua Ding and Liberation: May I have the sins and sufferings of all sentient beings in the future, and set up conveniences to make them liberated.

3）Then he went to countless kalpas of Asankhya and Nayuta. At that time, there was a Buddha who was called the Tathagata of all wisdom, who was entitled to offer, omniscient knowledge, wise practice, good deeds, worldly understanding, supreme scholar, control husband, celestial teacher, Buddha, and World Honored One, and his life span of 60,000 kalpas. Before he became a monk, he became a little king, and became friends with the king next to him, and practiced the ten virtues together to benefit all living beings. All the people in their neighboring country commit many evil deeds. The two kings discussed plans and made it convenient. A king made a vow to achieve Buddhahood early, and he should save this generation and let him be free. A king vows that if he does not overcome sins and sufferings first, he will be happy and attain Bodhi, and I will never wish to become a Buddha. The Buddha told the Bodhisattva of the King of Conscience and Freedom: If a king vows to become a Buddha early, he will achieve the Tathagata with all wisdom. A king vows to save all sentient beings who have never wished to become a Buddha, that is, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva (The fourth chapter of the Karma of All living beings in Jambudvipa)

4）After hearing this, I cried and cried, crying and crying, and the sky was filled with tears: May my mother be free from hell forever, and be thirteen years old, without any serious sins, and go through evil paths. The Buddhas in all directions are kind to me and listen to my great vows for my mother. If my mother is eternally separated from the three paths and is inferior, and even the woman's body will never be accepted. May I vow to save all the world, all the sins and suffering beings in the hell and the three evil realms, from now on, in front of the Pure Lotus Eye Tathagata statue, and in the hundreds of thousands of trillions of kalpas, and vow to save them, so that they can escape from the evil realms of hell, animals, hungry ghosts, etc., and all the sins and retributions of people will become Buddhas, and then I will achieve the right enlightenment. After making a vow, Tathagata heard the Pure Lotus Eye and told him: Guangmu, you are very compassionate and can make such great vows for your mother. I saw that your mother had finished her thirteen years old and had given up this retribution. She was born as a Brahma ambition and lived a hundred years old. After the fault is retribution, you should live in a worry-free country and your life span is incalculable. Later, he achieved Buddhahood and saved the world and heavenly worlds, and was as numerous as the sand of the Ganges River. The Buddha told the King of Conscience and Freedom: At that time, the Arhats who save their light eyes were the Bodhisattva of Endless Minds. The mother of Guangmu is the Bodhisattva of Liberation, and the woman of Guangmu is Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva

5）At that time, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva Mahasattva said to the Buddha: World Honored One, because I possess the power of the Buddha and Tathagata, I have spread to hundreds of thousands of billions of worlds, and I have divided my body into bodies to save all sentient beings who have karma and retribution. If it is not for the great compassion of the Tathagata, such changes cannot be made. Now I have been told by the Buddha that since Ayidu became a Buddha, sentient beings in the six realms have been sent to save them. However, the World Honored One wishes not to worry about (The fourth chapter of the Karma of All beings in Jambudvipa)

6）The Buddha raised his golden arm and then put on the head of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva Mahasattva, and said, "Ksitigarbha!" Ksitigarbha! Your divine power is incredible! Your compassion is incredible! Your wisdom is incredible! Your eloquence is incredible! The Buddhas in all directions praise and preach your inconceivable things that cannot be completed in thousands of kalpas. Ksitigarbha! Ksitigarbha! Remember that today I am in the Trayastrimsa Heaven and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the eight divisions of the Heavenly Dragons and Dragons, and the sentient beings in the human and heavenly realms have not left the three realms and are in the fire house. I will give you the instructions. Wu Ling is the sentient beings who fall into the evil realms for a day and a night, not to mention the five hells and Avici Hells, which have been moved by thousands of kalpas, but have no time left. Ksitigarbha! This is the sentient beings in southern Jambudvipa who have no fixed nature and are often engaging in evil. Even if they develop a good intention, they will retreat in a moment. If you encounter bad karma, your thoughts will grow. Because of this, I divide it into shape, and hundreds of billions of transformations, and it can be separated from it according to its roots. Ksitigarbha! Now I am diligent in giving you the heavens and the man. In the future, if there are heavenly beings, good men and women who plant little good roots in Buddhism, and every hair, every dust, every sand, every penis, you support this person with the power of Tao, and gradually cultivate the supreme, and do not let it retreat. Again, Ksitigarbha! In the future, if you are like heaven and man, you will fall into the evil realm with your karma and fall into the evil realm when you are about to fall into the realm, or you will reach the door. If all sentient beings can recite the name of a Buddha, a Bodhisattva, and a sentence and a verse of the Mahayana sutra, you will save all sentient beings with divine power. Therefore, the boundless body appears in the place of man, and he will be broken into hell, and will be born in heaven, and will receive the wonderful joy. 」At that time, the World Honored One said, "Now, the future, the heavens and the people, I will diligently ask you to use great supernatural powers to save them, and do not let them fall into the evil realms." 」

At that time, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva Mahasattva knelt down and put his hands together to say to the Buddha: "World-Honored One! I hope that the World Honored One will not worry about it. In the future, if there are good men and women, one thought of respect in the Dharma. I also have hundreds of thousands of conveniences. To save people is to be liberated quickly in life and death. What's more, if you hear all good deeds and practice every thought, you will naturally go to the supreme path and never retreat. 」

2. Apply the original vows of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva to solve real problems

1.With the merits and power of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, you can be famous, praise, worship, name, offer, or take refuge, or even paint and carve lacquer images

1）How to escape from the evil path after death, be born for thirty-three days, and never fall into the evil path?

If there are good men and women who hear that the name of the Bodhisattva is praised, worship, name, or offer, or even paint and carve lacquer images, people should be reborn in thirty-three days and never fall into the evil path. (The first chapter of the original vows of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is the first in the Trayastrimsa Palace)

In the future, if there are men and women, those who do not do good deeds, those who do evil deeds, those who do not believe in cause and effect, those who commit adultery and lying, those who speak ill of words, and those who slander the Mahayana, sentient beings who have such karma will fall into the evil realms. If you meet a good teacher, you will be persuaded to take refuge in Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva in a blink of an eye. All sentient beings will be liberated from the three evil paths. If you can be respectful and praise, incense, clothes, various treasures, or food, and serve in this way. In the next hundreds, thousands and billions of kalpas, we will always receive the wonderful joy in the heavens. If the blessings of heaven are gone and you will be born in the world, you will be the emperor for hundreds of thousands of kalpas, and you will be able to remember the cause and effect of fate. If there are good men, good women, or pictures, or earth, stone, rubber, paint, gold, silver, copper, iron, and other Bodhisattvas, one look and ritual, one will be born in thirty-three days and will never fall into the evil path. If the blessings of heaven are gone, the king will be born in the world without losing great benefits

2）How to eliminate the sin of thirty calamities?

In the future, if there are good men and women who hear that they are the name of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva Mahasattva, or who hold hands, praise, ritual, or admire them, they will be sins that transcend thirty kalpas. (Sixth Chapter of the Praise of Tathagata)

3）How can a woman turn into a man after she dies?

If there is a woman who is disgusted with the body of a woman, she will give all her heart to the portraits of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, as well as earth, stone, rubber, paint, copper and iron, and will never go away every day, and will always offer flowers, fragrance, food, clothes, colours, banners, money, treasures, etc. It is a good woman who will repay her body for hundreds of thousands of disasters, and will not be born in a world of women, let alone suffer again. Unless it is the power of compassion and vows, you must receive the female body, save all living beings, and provide the power of Ksitigarbha, and the power of merit, you will not receive the female body for hundreds of thousands of kalpas.

4）How can women become beautiful or rich in future generations?

If there is a woman who is disgusted with ugly and sick, she will be in front of the statue of Ksitigarbha and eat within a while. This person has a perfect appearance in the face of the birth of thousands of kalpas. If an ugly woman is never tired of her body, she will always be a princess in her life, and will be a princess, a prime minister, a big surname, and a eldest daughter, a good elder daughter, and a good elder, and will be born with a correct life and will be perfect in all appearances. 5）How to get protection from ghosts and gods?

If there are good men and women who can write music in front of the Bodhisattva statue, sing and praise, offer incense and flowers, and even persuade one person to many people. Such people, in the present and future, will always be protected by hundreds of thousands of ghosts and gods day and night, and will not let evil things be heard, let alone accept all the obstacles in person.

6）What are the consequences of slandering Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva?

In the future, if there are evil people, evil gods and ghosts, who see good men and women, who respect and offer sacrifices to the image of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, or who may cause ridicule and criticize, slander without merit or profit, or smile at the back, or persuade others to share the same mistakes, or one person, or one person, or many people, or even a thought of ridicule. Such people still suffer extremely serious crimes in the Avici Hell. After a disaster, only the hungry ghosts will be affected. After another thousand kalpas, he received animals again. After another thousand kalpas, one can obtain a human body. Even if you suffer from a human body, you will be poor and lowly, and you will not have any roots, and you will often be brought to your heart by evil karma. Soon, he fell into the evil path again. Therefore, it is widely used to ridicule others' offerings, and even receive this reward, let alone the destruction of evil views.

7）How can celestial beings get rid of depravity?

In the future, in all worlds, there will be heavenly beings who receive the blessings of heaven, five declines appear, or fall into the evil path. Such heavenly beings, like men or women, when they appear, they may see the image of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, or hear the name of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, and will pay tribute to them. This will bring blessings from heaven and earth, and will never fall into the retribution of the three evil paths. What's more, the Bodhisattvas who see and hear give and offer all the incense, clothes, food, treasures and garlands, and the merits and benefits they receive are immeasurable and boundless. Again, Guanyin!

8）How can sentient beings in the six realms eliminate karma and escape from the evil realms at the time of death?

If in the future, in all worlds, when sentient beings in the six realms are at their death, they will hear the name of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva and hear the ears, they will never experience the sufferings of the three evil realms. What's more, when the parents and relatives are the ones who die, they will leave their homes, property, treasures, and clothes, and paint the image of Ksitigarbha. Or, when the patient is not dead, he will see and hear, know that his family will give up the treasures of the house, etc., and draw the image of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva for himself. If a person suffers from serious illness due to karma, he will be able to recover and his life will be increased. If a person has lost all his karma and his life, he should have all sins, karma and karma. If he falls into the evil realms, he will receive this merit. After his death, he will be born in the human and heavenly world and receive superior and wonderful happiness. All sins and obstacles will be eliminated.

9）How to know where the relatives and relatives of the deceased clan will be reborn and save them from the evil path and ascend to heaven?

If there are men and women in the future, when they are breastfeeding, or when they are three, five or ten years old, their parents will be lost and their brothers and sisters will be lost. When I grow up in this life, I miss my parents and relatives, but I don’t know where I am? Where is the world to live in? Where can I live in the sky? If a person can paint the image of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, he will even be famous. Every look and greeting, one day to seven days, don’t give up your original intention. Famous and appearance, and worship and offer sacrifices. Those who are relatives who fall into the evil realms due to karma will be considered as disasters. In this way, men, women, brothers and sisters paint images of Ksitigarbha, and pay tribute to merits and seek liberation. Reborn in humans and heaven, you will receive superior and wonderful joy. If you are a relative of a man, if you have blessings, you have been born in the human world and heaven, and you will receive the greatest and wonderful joy. That is, you will inherit this merit, increase the holy cause, and receive infinite joy. This person can even pay tribute to the image of Ksitigarbha during the three or seven days, and recite his name for ten thousand times. He will find that the Bodhisattva appears in the boundless body and tell that the person's relatives are in the realm of life. Or in a dream, the Bodhisattva appears great power and personally grasps the person in all worlds and sees the relatives.
