Actually it means something is working, for me, that's it. Because when drugs act on diseases, there will be a reaction first, and you may feel more uncomfortable, but this is not the case, because drugs are fighting diseases, so this reaction is happening. When you continue to take the medicine, you will feel more comfortable.


So like this example, when you meditate, you will find that there are more thoughts, but the truth is, when you don’t meditate, there are still many thoughts, but you just don’t realize it. Because when you meditate, you have awareness and you have alertness, so you can discover the number of thoughts. I think this is a good thing and not bad, so don’t give up on your efforts. You can overcome these obstacles by continuing to practice. I find this quite interesting, (just let it go like this? ) Yes, that's it, because you can't do more and there is no other choice.
