【原文】
第二章 放生愈疾
15、医王赐药王涣
宣和间，王涣病垂危，梦金佛谓曰：汝平日爱护物命，放生已及万数，自合延寿，今传汝一方，可用茯苓黄岑地骨皮甘草，四味煎服，无不愈者。果服之，疾瘳。
【白话文】
15、医王赐药的王焕
清宣和年间，有个名叫王焕的人重病垂危。某天晚上，他梦见一尊放出金色光芒的佛像对他说：「你平日爱护动物、保护生命，放生的数量已经上万了，可以延长寿命。现在就传给你一帖药方：你可用茯苓、黄岑、地骨皮以及甘草这四味草药煎了服用，一定会好的。」王焕醒来后，将梦中异象告诉家人，家人们连忙寻来药物照帖煎药，王焕服下后，果然过没多久病就痊愈了!
