What is the path to Bodhi?
If a Buddhist disciple wants to practice the path to becoming a Buddha in the Mahayana Pure Land, he must first start to learn from the content of "Bodhi Path".
What is the path to Bodhi? According to Volume 53 of the Great Wisdom Treatise, "All Buddha Dharmas, wisdom, precepts and concentration can benefit everything, which is called Bodhi."
In other words, all the worldly and transcendental laws that can help us realize the Buddha's path, the path of liberation, self-salvation, and benefit people are called the path of Bodhi."Tao" means the meaning of the road.
According to this explanation, in addition to the Buddhist path, the Shravaka path and the Pratyekabuddha path can all be called the Bodhi path. (《Volume 53 of the Way of Wisdom )。Among the forty-eight vows, the eleventh vows, the fourteenth vows, the sixteenth vows and the thirty-nine vows are the methods of cultivating and evading the "Shravaka Path".After twenty vows, it is a way of practicing "Buddha Path".
How a mediocre man, from his original identity as an ordinary person, enters the ranks of "Buddha Path" and becomes a "first-minded bodhisattva" and then inspires the Bodhisattva to "become a Buddha's vow" and becomes a veritable "Bodhisattva practitioner", enters the Buddha's path and never regresses, is the following "Bodhisattva's Vow" - the issue that the Bodhisattva's practice explains in the "Bodhi Path".
