《"Drukpa Kagyu Supreme Bliss Vows": Making vows due to the merits of Amitabha's family

Under Amitabha's teachings, dependents are divided into two categories depending on whether they have doubts about the good practices they have practiced. A doubtful person lives in a lotus bud and is born again five hundred years later ； Those who have no doubts will sit cross-legged directly in the lotus and suddenly emerge from the lotus. No matter which category they belong to, all sentient beings in the Land of Ultimate Bliss will appear sitting in the lotus position when they are born. The bodies of these two types of deceased people all have the solemn appearance of purple and gold. There is no difference in appearance, no ugliness, unpleasantness, etc., and they are not like human children who go through filth and pain when they are born. May all sentient beings be born in the paradise of incarnation and birth.

Under the teachings of the Land of Ultimate Bliss, the number of Sravakas and Bodhisattva Sangha is immeasurable and limitless, all due to the power of Amitabha’s great vows and the power of these saints’ vows in the Cause Ground. There is no limit to the life span of the deceased. May we all be born in the land of bliss where such saints and monks are boundless and whose life spans are boundless.

Due to the power of Amitabha's vow, all sentient beings born in the Land of Ultimate Bliss can have various offerings appear according to their wishes to make offerings to Amitabha, and in every moment of making offerings to Amitabha, they can spread throughout countless lands.

Every moment spent in the Land of Ultimate Bliss, one can have such supernatural powers and transformational power, roaming the countless Buddha lands, seeing the majesty of the countless Buddha lands, making offerings to the Buddhas in the countless Buddha lands, and listening to the wonderful Dharma preached by the Buddhas in front of the countless Buddhas.

Anyone born in the Land of Ultimate Bliss will have such supernatural power and be able to make offerings to Amitabha Buddha in the Land of Ultimate Bliss, and then travel to countless worlds one by one, meeting countless Buddhas in each world, and hearing countless wonderful Dharma. Therefore, I hope that I can be born in a blissful world with immeasurable supernatural powers and that I can travel to immeasurable Buddha lands in an instant.    

In the Land of Ultimate Bliss, the great disciples among the Buddhas, Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara, Bodhisattva Mahasthamaprapta, and other Bodhisattva saints all emit light like the Tathagata, and they compete to use various methods to bring peace and happiness to countless sentient beings. I wish I could be born in a world where all my companions are like the heart sons of Amitabha, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva and Mahasthamaprapta Bodhisattva. May I be born among the retinue of Bodhisattva saints whose light is equal to that of Amitabha.

In the Land of Ultimate Bliss, Amitabha Buddha always preaches wonderful Dharma with countless sounds such as the language of heaven and humans, the language of dragons, and the language of humans. The amount of the Dharma preached by Amitabha Buddha in every moment cannot be calculated by anyone in hundreds of thousands of kalpas.

All sentient beings born in the Land of Ultimate Bliss have the ability to remember in their hearts the immeasurable Dharma preached by Amitabha Buddha at every moment.

All sentient beings in the Western Paradise have broad minds and are able to accept and uphold the immeasurable wonderful Dharma preached by Amitabha without forgetting it. I wish I could be born in the Western Paradise where I can hear countless wonderful Dharma.

Relying on the majestic power of Amitabha, all living beings born in that world can accept and uphold countless meditation methods in a single moment, and can achieve perfection freely without any difficulty. I wish I could be born into such a world.

In the Western Paradise, Amitabha's blessings will never be diminished at any time, and there will be no obstacles or interruptions under any circumstances. His blessings will continue to increase, and he will continue to give such unparalleled blessings to all living beings in the Paradise. No cause or condition can hinder him.

I wish I could be reborn in this Western Paradise, receive the Buddha's blessings, and achieve all the merits mentioned above.like meprayI seek the blessings of Amitabha Buddha and hope to achieve immeasurable merits and virtues. I hope all sentient beings can have such a wish and aspire to be reborn in the Western Paradise.

《"The Vows of the Ultimate Bliss" is a compilation of "The Great Treasure Accumulation Sutra" •It is a vow made by annotating part of the content of "Assembly of Infinite Life Tathagata". It was written by Drukpa Kagyu, the omniscient Panma Karpo, in a sutra hall in Lodrup Jungjung (located in Bhutan). Jiawa Sangpo (disciples) and others also sincerely aspired to be reborn in the Western Paradise.
