Guru Rinpoche’s three formulas: No, don’t know, don’t know!

A practitioner should be humble to any state of his own practice and not reveal it casually. He must remember three formulas, which are: no, no, and unclear.

If we answer these three formulas repeatedly, then our practice will be easy to stay in secrets and achieve success. This is the true teaching in my heart.

The devil who will be hindered has many magical changes. We must be very careful not to be deceived by their illusions.Practitioners must not use Buddhism as human feelings, so they should stick to the samadhi we make.

Only the devil and the heretics would yell, claiming that they had achieved success, but this was not advisable.

When our state is not very stable and we feel that it is not completely perfect, we must never give this teaching to others with a high degree of high regard.

Just like eating too much sweets will make people vomit, we should not easily reveal the secret formulas. This is the true words in my heart.
