Guru Rinpoche’s direct instructions!The current liberation achieves!

The origin of purity

When the Buddha Padmasambhava was invited by King Chisong Dezan to stay in the Auspicious Samye Monastery in Hongyan, a good woman named Ma Kung, sent her maid named Ren Chien Tso to offer her cheese with sliced grapes to Guru Rinpoche as breakfast.
 

Later on the way to Sanyechinpu, when he was passing through the city gate, Mrs. Dun worshiped the master on the road, and walked around him, then folded his hands before him, and said, "Pray, great master."You are about to travel far, and I, the old woman, will die.
 

First of all, I was born as a inferior woman.Because I was busy with all kinds of common things, I forgot the Dharma.Secondly, because of my poor knowledge, I am weak in intelligence.Third, because I am getting older, I am not aware of my mind.
 

Master, please give me an old woman a very effective guide with very little effort, easy to understand, easy to apply.Please give some advice to the old woman who is about to die."
 

The master replied: "Old woman, who are you?"
 

The old woman replied, "During this period, I have been sending humble maids to you."
  

The master said happily, "Your pious heart is definitely greater than that of King Chisong Dezan."
 

Then he gave this instruction to the old woman and her maid:The old woman, sitting with her feet crossed, keeping her body upright, for a short period of time, just maintaining a completely relaxed concentration.
 

The master pointed his finger at the old woman's heart and gave this instruction: "Old woman, listen carefully.If someone asks you, what is the difference between the true and perfect Buddha's will and the hearts of sentient beings in the three realms? It is nothing more than the difference between enlightenment and unrealization of the mind and nature.
 

Sentient beings have delusions because they fail to realize this self-nature and experience countless kinds of pain due to this ignorance. Therefore, sentient beings are circulating in the samsara.The essence of Buddhahood is already within sentient beings, but they cannot recognize it. 

First of all, the essence of Buddhahood is in your heart, especially human beings with eight freedoms and ten fullness.In addition, the essence of Buddhahood that an individual possesses is not that men are richer, but women are lacking.Therefore, even if you are reborn as a woman, you will not be unable to attain Buddhahood because of this.
 

The Buddha taught 84,000 Dharmas so that sentient beings can recognize and understand the wisdom of all Buddhas, but these understandings are all contained in the master’s three-character teachings.Therefore, even if you have low knowledge and weak intelligence, you will not be in a disadvantageous position.
 
Now, the meaning of Buddhism, the heart of the Buddha, and the master’s three-character teachings are:

By purifying the external perceived object, your perception will be freed.

By purifying the inner perceived mind, you will be liberated by yourself without attachment.

By the way, you recognize your own nature because of the joy of enlightenment.
 
How to purify the external perceived object?

This present consciousness—the awakened state of mind—is not corrupted by thoughts and is perceived as natural light.Let it be like that, you can perceive the object but not gain attachment to it.In this way, no matter how manifestations appear, they are actually not real and are not held to be real.So no matter what you perceive, whether it is a land or a rock, a valley or a cliff, a flower or a tree, a house or a fort, a cargo or a tool, a friend or an enemy, a family or a partner, a husband or wife, a son or a daughter--you do not claim to have any of this, and all other things.So though perceived, they are not held in that way.By being free from attachment to anything, the object you perceive from the outside has been purified.
 
Purifying the object does not mean that you no longer perceive the object, but that you do not stick to it and do not seek attachment to the object in light and emptiness.Just like an example of an image in a mirror, although it appears, it is empty. Because nothing can be attached to it, your perception is called "the perception of your own appearance."
 

By purifying the inner perceived self-mind, this is the teaching to let the unconscious mind be liberated by oneself:

No matter what arises in your mind—thinkings, memories or the flow of five poisons—when you don’t focus your mind on them, that flow disappears on its own, so you will not be contaminated by the mistakes of your thoughts.
 

Inner without faults does not mean becoming a lifeless stone, but refers to the fault of keeping your consciousness away from thinking, like an example of reaching a precious golden island.On this Golden Island.Even the name "Stone" does not exist.Similarly, once your thinking is integrated into your original consciousness, there will not even be the name "thought".
 

Because the clarity in it is pleasant, this is the teaching to know your own nature:

When practicing, you know everything, and your own consciousness is clear, pure and sober.When practicing, you will experience that your inner and original consciousness will not be corrupted by the attitude of having thoughts, nor will it be affected by great joy, bright nature or no thoughts.Since it is the heart of the Buddha itself, you have recognized your self-nature.
 

Just like you don't have to think that your mother is your own, because you won't be afraid to mistake her for not your mother.Similarly, when your consciousness recognizes it as the inherent self-nature of the Dharma nature, you will no longer mistake the phenomenon of reincarnation as a real self-nature - even if you do not recognize it, you have never been separated from the inherent self-nature of the Dharma nature.
 

Because this is the so-called practice without creation, the mother of Dharma nature is the fact that all phenomena have no self-nature. The Dharma nature is to recognize that they have no self-nature, and you will know that your self-nature will be called this because you recognize that your own consciousness is the inherent void of the Dharma Realm.
 

When you have realized this, you will no longer have good or bad birth, your career will no longer have high or low knowledge, your knowledge will no longer have strengths or weaknesses, your talents will no longer have depths or shallows, your learning will no longer have broad or narrowness, your age will no longer have high or lows, and your heart will no longer have clear or turbidity. 

This is a teaching that has little effort, but is easy to understand and applied and has a significant and excellent effect. With it, you will no longer have fear at the end of your life.Old woman, you need to practice!Life will not wait for you, you must improve!If you are doing cattle and horses for your husband and children, you will not get any reward. Therefore, don’t return empty-handed, but take the food of practice taught by your master!The work of this life is endless, so you must achieve perfection through meditation!
 

Old woman, treat my advice as your guard so that you will not be afraid when you die!"
 

Guru Rinpoche said so.Because Guru Rinpoche pointed at the old woman's chest while guiding the old woman, it is called "A Direct Guidance to the Old Woman"。Upon hearing this, the old woman and her maid were both liberated and achieved success.
 

In order to benefit future generations, Kaqian's Mother of Tsoga was given a book and wrote it on the southern slope of Sanye on the seventeenth day of the second month of the summer of the Year of the Rabbit.
 
To benefit future generations, this hidden treasure is hidden,
 
May it be the time to meet the transformation of the teachings!
 
May it be convenient to save all living beings!
 
With this, I hope those who have the conditions will be liberated from their continuity!
 
Seal, seal, seal.
