当你用期盼的目光望向我的时候，
当你满目泪水痛苦无助的时候，
当你觉得你的问题没有得到回应，
而满心失望的时候
...
做为你的师
却无法因此而依顺于你
因为
师希望你能看清
回应所需
只能暂时抚慰你的伤痛
却无法让你看清事情的本质
并不能终结你的痛苦
孩子啊
其实答案一直都在
期盼外在的依靠和改变
永远都是奢求
因为这个世界本就是你自心的映现
每个景物
每个人
每个众生
所有事态的发展
所有一切的一切
都是你心的投射
但是
孩子
你从不曾真正的放开心胸
去接受这个世界
去看清自己的内心
那么
这个世界又怎么会接受你
你又怎么能得到改变
你知道吗
在你不停的排斥这个世界的时候
你就是在排斥自己的心
你不敢面对真正的自己
你害怕看到自己的自私与不堪
你害怕被人忽视
你害怕受到伤害
...
当你期盼自己与众不同的时候
当你为了坚固包裹自己的外壳
为了保护自己所谓的自尊、形象
而伤害这个世界的时候
最终只是在伤害你自己

你知道吗
不能融入世界的尖锐
注定会被这个世界当成异类而排斥
就仿若眼中的沙子
不清除它
最终会导致眼睛失明
你要变得像眼泪一样的圆融、润滑
才会让眼睛接受你的存在

想要改变这个世界
唯一的办法就是改变你自己的心
不要畏惧改变
不要害怕伤害与痛苦
就像我相信你们一样去相信自己
相信自己能
改变现状
改变世界
改变自己的心

As Unobstructed
And Lubricative As Tears
My dear child,
As you look at me hopefully,
Burst into tears painfully and hopelessly,
Or feel disappointed about getting no responses of your urgent issues,
I, as your instructor, cannot conform to you.
Genuinely,
I would like you to know that
Satisfying your requirements
Is just a temporary way to cure your pain,
But it cannot help you see through the truth
And end up your pain.
My dear child,
The answer is just there, always.
It is an excessive demand
For you to expect the dependence and changes from external things,
Since the world represents and originates from your inner heart.
Every scene,
Each person,
All sentient beings,
The development of everything,
And the whole things in the world
Are the projections of your heart.
However,
My child,
You haven’t really open your heart to accept the world
And see your heart clearly,
So how can the world accept you?
And how can you change yourself?
You know what,
You are rejecting your heart
When you keep refusing the world.
You dare not to face the real you,
Realize your selfishness and embarrassment.
And you dare not to be regarded by others,
And be hurt.
As you behave differently or harm the world,
In order to wrap your shell firmly
To protect your self-esteem and image,
You are just hurting yourself.
My child,
If you cannot adapt to the sharpness of this world,
You will be counterfeited as an alien,
Just like the sand in eyes,
Needed to be eliminated
In order to avoid sight losing.
You should be as unobstructed and lubricative as tears
So that eyes are willing to accept your existence.

The only way to change the world
Is to change your heart.
