So, how can we settle and relax our hearts?There are many helpful things you can nourish and relax your body through a healthy diet and exercise, especially yoga.You can take a break, take a walk, listen to music, and temporarily break off contact with this world related to computers, information, and technology.But the most effective thing is to practice meditation, just look at your thoughts and calm your mind in your breath.Such meditation is simple and can be practiced anywhere and has a great impact on our health.When you feel comfortable with this basic approach, you can look closer to your thoughts.

This means that we can find happiness and peace in our hearts just like in that extraordinary moment, because that is built into us.We don't need to change our ideas and become someone else.We don't need to think about ourselves, not good enough, not smart enough, not lucky enough, to be happy people.We don't have to be Sister Deresa, Bill Gates, or people in fashion magazine advertising to be happy.If we think we can, then we don’t have to chase those thoughts, just like letting go of others to let go of them and then settle down in this busy heart.
